“Out of your vulnerabilities will come your strength”
~ Sigmund Freud
Today most of us face a high level of daily stress that drains energy and confidence and makes it harder to function and recharge. This affects us at every level and makes whatever problems you are facing and the inner turmoil you may be carrying feel worse. I want to help you understand whatever is challenging you, be it painful emotions and symptoms, an unexpected loss or change,, a relationship problem or other issues. Over my career as a therapist, I have dealt with many problems and concerns clients bring to therapy. Most want and need a therapist who can listen but also guide with good questions and helpful feedback. I understand that you want someone who will see you as a whole person and someone you can grow to trust.
If you want to reach out for a free 15 minute consult to discuss your problem and ask questions you may have about scheduling an evaluation or starting therapy, call me at 475-204-4049 or use the email contact form provided below.
